LATE FEE
A Late Fee of $10.00 applies if you are MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE. If you are more than 15-minutes late, your appointment MAY BE RESCHEDULED.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of 24-HOUR NOTICE. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. ANY APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE CANCELED WITH LESS THAN A 24-HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT AMOUNT and possible refusal of future bookings.
